THE Belgian

Founded in 1956 by Walter and Renée Gartner in Antwerp, The Belgian began as a small artisanal praline shop known as “THE house where the lights were never switched off.” After expanding globally and rebranding in 1998, The Belgian now produces a wide range—from seashell‑shaped chocolates, pralines, and truffles to organic bars, squares, and seasonal gift assortments. Crafted at their modern facilities in Herentals and Olen, all products reflect Belgian chocolate tradition, sustainable practices, and wide international presence. Today, The Belgian exports premium treats to over 100 countries.
