Ragusa

Ragusa was discovered in 1942 when Camille Bloch created a chocolate bar filled with a mass of ground and whole hazelnuts, layered and cut into rectangular bars. The name “Ragusa” was inspired by the town of Ragusa (now Dubrovnik) in Croatia, which Bloch had visited on holiday. Today, Ragusa retains its original recipe, traditional manufacturing method, and distinctive rectangular shape.
