Tartufi Jimmy company was founded in 1980 by Giovannino Cecchini and his wife, Daniella. Giovannino cultivates a network of over 400 “truffle hunters” throughout Italy and this allows him to have fresh truffles throughout the year. Today the company is presented in 90 countries around the world.
