Brunneby was the first in Sweden with juice without preservatives. It was in 1984 that Gunnar and Eva improved the recipes for our good juices and started hot filling glass bottles. First, we cold press fully ripe berries and fruits. The juice is mixed with granulated sugar, just as you do when you make juice at home in the kitchen. The juice is pasteurized and filled into hot bottles. Then the juice becomes sustainable without the addition of preservatives. An opened bottle lasts about four weeks in the refrigerator. All Brunneby’s juices are highly concentrated. Dilute the juice with 5 parts water or according to taste.
