Forchy

Founded in 1919 in Yvetot, Normandy, Forchy began when Roger Forchy, a young pastry chef, opened his own restaurant with his wife Gilberte. Over the years, he crafted unique pastries, including the secret recipe “Le Saint-Luke” cake named after Yvetot’s patron saint. Specializing in fruit cakes, brownies, and sponge cakes, Forchy uses premium ingredients like Normandy butter and Guérande salt, blending tradition and quality to offer authentic French flavors with over a century of expertise.
